Matches description. It is a nice light with plenty light. Out of the box I charged it maybe 4 hours in half clouded weather. Still, the light was on all night. After a following cloudy day, the light did not make it through the night. I trust however, that a full day of sun will charge enough for the future. No communication was required. Delivery matched the estimation. Some 2+ weeks to NLD.
